Literature Text

Soft rain and a glowing sun
Patter on my upturned face
Arms outstretched
Your hand in mine
Heart is lifted
With the promise of our rainbow
Adrenaline rushes through my veins
And clams the sands of time
Waves of possibility
Crash down at our feet
Glassy images distort your true intentions
I pick cottonwood from your hair
Soft, gentle
Your eyes catch hold of mine
I'm drowning in what I wish we were
Sinking
To resurface another day
about a friend

awah... these are soo sweet! (idk who they're about, but still.. uber sweet) you're so visual and these remind me of warm golden sunlight and soft puffy grass and and.. im going to miss you and i hope whoever this is about loves this poem because this and the other one are so beautiful and i'm going to miss you so much and i honestly really admire you for everything and beh i leave in 8 hours and i'm alone ( well i have my mom but still)... i feel too disconnected which is strange for me. l:(
