I now have a book. That's right, a book. "What's the big deal?" you ask. "We all have books. Libraries have books. This is not like the Middle Ages where monks penned books by hand. They're everywhere. You even work in a book store. Quit being so squirrely about a damn book!" Well, I'll tell you what the deal is. It's my book! Of my photography! Be excited. I'm going through and doing some clean up and adding things that have merit. i'm also revisiting and retouching on older pictures. up until now, i prided myself on being a "one click" photographer. i put my pictures up in the raw cause i felt like that was the true art of photography. now, i see that with a little cropping or a tad of contrast or a little more saturation, i can show what my actual vision for/of the shot was and not just what i captured. it's going to be a slow process for sure, but in the end, i think i'll have a gallery of work that i'm truly proud of. and eventually, i may get around to photographing my traditional art to a
